Make People Smile When They Think of You...
Does this seem like a dumb suggestion or just too simple to work?
Let me tell you a quick story. There's a guy... Fabeku Fatunmise. I have never met him. I have never worked with him personally ... and I LOVE him!
Whenever I see Fabeku's little picture pop up on Facebook I literally smile. Just seeing his picture makes me smile.
Then I stop what I'm doing, and I read his status update. If it's a link. I follow the link. When he posts about some new piece of genius he's putting out into the world... I look.
If it's not quite right for me, I may not buy... but I always share it with my network.
Why? Not because it makes me money ~ because it doesn't.
But because I love Fabeku. He makes me smile and feel good every time I see him.
I want him to have an enormous amount of success... and if I choose not to buy something of his, I sure as hell want to tell everyone I can about it so maybe someone else will.
