Although the Winklevoss twins, Cameron and Tyler Winklevoss, earlier claimed that Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg stole their idea, Harvard Connect, they and Divya Narendra agreed in 2008 to settle their claims against Facebook, and on Monday, a three-judge panel said that they can't back out of that deal.
